Mechanical and electrical installation technicians

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

1. Examine the construction drawings of mechanical and electrical engineering and the deepening of the construction drawings, find out the omissions in the design, and put forward suggestions for modification;

2. Participate in the preparation of construction organization design and construction schedule, and supervise the completion of mechanical and electrical engineering construction schedule;

3. Responsible for the construction, technical guidance and management of mechanical and electrical installation projects;

4. Responsible for the acceptance and issuance of incoming materials of mechanical and electrical equipment, as well as the return and replacement and tracking of unqualified materials;

5. Participate in regular engineering meetings and deal with technical problems of on-site mechanical and electrical engineering construction;

6, the construction of the key parts of the quality supervision and inspection;

7. Implement some contents of equipment in the rectification opinions proposed by the quality inspection department and the construction unit (supervision unit);

8. Responsible for quality and safety management of mechanical and electrical installation projects;

9. Responsible for compiling and collecting electromechanical engineering materials;

10. Responsible for compiling and sorting out the construction log of mechanical and electrical major, and filling in the Entry Record Form of Operators for the professional mechanical and electrical construction personnel who enter the site every day;

11. Other tasks assigned by the leader.

 

Qualifications:

 

1. College degree or above in related major, holding electromechanical installation certificate;

2. Five years of relevant working experience, solid professional and technical knowledge of engineering project management, and years of engineering project management experience and work performance;

Familiar with relevant national policies, laws and regulations, can read mechanical and electrical drawings, can use common software; Familiar with mechanical and electrical engineering construction process;

4. Familiar with operation and management business, can consciously abide by the relevant national laws, regulations and policies, conscientiously implement the company's management methods and rules and regulations, with strong organizational and coordination ability;

Can bear hardships, loyal, reliable, have team spirit.
