(1) Building construction projects of 14 storeys or less, with a single span of 24 meters or less;

(3) Residential communities or building groups with a construction area of 60,000 square meters or less.

 

 

The general construction contract of municipal public works is Grade 3

 

It can undertake the construction of the following municipal public works whose single contract amount is not more than 5 times the registered capital of the enterprise:

(1) Urban road engineering (excluding expressways); Single span bridge project within 20 meters; Public Square Project;

(2) 20,000 tons/day and below to the water plant; 10,000 tons/day and below sewage treatment projects; 1 m3 / s and below water supply and sewage pumping stations; 5 m3 / s and below stormwater pumping stations; Water supply pipeline within 1 meter in diameter; Sewage pipes within 1.5 meters in diameter;

(3) LPG storage tank yard (station) with a total storage volume of 500 cubic meters or less; Gas supply scale of 50,000 cubic meters/day gas project; 2 kg/cm and below medium pressure, low pressure gas pipeline, pressure regulating station; Thermal engineering with heating area of 500,000 square meters and below; Heat pipe with diameter of 0.2m;

(4) Domestic garbage transfer station.

 

 

Specialized contracting of earth and stone works is Grade 3

 

It can undertake the construction of earthwork with a single contract amount not more than 5 times of the enterprise's registered capital and 150,000 cubic meters or less.

 

 

Professional contracting of building decoration and decoration works is Grade 3

 

Can undertake the unit project cost of 600,000 yuan and the following building indoor and outdoor decoration engineering (except building curtain wall engineering) construction.

 

 

Building curtain wall engineering professional contract three grade

 

It can undertake the construction of curtain wall projects with single contract amount not more than 5 times of enterprise registered capital, single project area of 3000 square meters and below, height of 30 meters and below.

 

 

The professional contract of steel structure engineering is Grade 3

 

Can bear the individual value of not more than five times the cost enterprise registered capital and span 24 meters and below, the total weight of 600 tons and below, monomer construction area of 6000 square meters, and the following steel structure engineering (including light steel structure engineering) and side length 24 meters and below, the total weight of 120 tons and below, building area of 1200 square meters, and production and installation of the following project.

 

 

Anticorrosion and insulation engineering professional contract level three

 

It can undertake the construction of all kinds of anti-corrosion and thermal insulation projects with the single contract amount not exceeding 5 times of the registered capital of the enterprise.
