Wang Ning, vice minister of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, said at the 14th China Housing Expo held here that China is considering the introduction of guidance on promoting the development of housing industrialization at the national level and the 13th Five-Year Plan. Analysts said that this means that in the next five years, China's residential industrialization may usher in explosive growth, there will be more Chinese buildings like "building blocks" built.
The three-day China Housing Expo 11 came to an end. Nearly 400 enterprises, including development, design, construction, production, facilities and equipment manufacturing, information technology, new energy and other enterprises of the whole industry chain, focused on the Housing Expo and fully displayed the new technologies and products of housing industrialization and green, low carbon, energy saving and environmental protection. According to preliminary statistics, nearly 40,000 people visited the exhibition, including heads of competent departments of construction industry and professional visitors and consumers such as entrepreneurs, experts and scholars.
Whether it is the house with wall, floor, stairs, kitchen and toilet components and modules produced by factory assembly line, or the "passive house" without air conditioning and heating itself, a variety of new housing models appeared in the Expo, showing the new atmosphere of the domestic housing industry.
This "building blocks" like building models, with professional terms for residential industrialization. Figuratively speaking, the house we live in today will be built in the future just like the production of cars. The parts and components of the house will be produced by different professional factories and then transported to construction sites for assembly. In this way, it can greatly reduce the pollution, noise, waste and various quality problems brought by the past on-site pouring method. It can not only improve the construction efficiency, save manpower, but also be conducive to comprehensively improve the quality and quality of construction projects. It is the direction of the future development of the construction industry.
Wang Ning said that China began to promote the modernization of the housing industry from 1999, "the 12th Five-Year Plan", especially in the past two years, there has been a rapid development. By the end of 2013, more than 12 million square meters of industrial construction area was newly started nationwide. In 2014, more than 20 million square meters of industrial construction area was newly started. In 2015, the planned new construction area is expected to exceed 30 million square meters, achieving an annual increase of 10 million square meters of development speed.
