With the completion of the last truck of concrete pouring, on May 31, the fifth building of the project of the first section of Jindu, Huaxi Art Village, Chengdu Management Department, took the lead in completing the main seven-story construction task, which greatly promoted the construction work of the other buildings.
Huaxi Art Village Jindu First Bid Section Project is located in Sansheng Flower Township, Jinjiang District, Chengdu, with a construction area of about 100,000 square meters. It consists of four high-rise residences (4#, 5#, 6#, 7#) and a two-story commercial building (9#). The project duration is 546 days. It is a leading project of cultural and creative industry in Chengdu to attract investment and is developed and constructed by Beijing Huaxi International Investment Group. This project is another major cultural and creative project settled in the east of the city after Greenland 468 and Creativity Hill.
Since the start of construction at the end of January this year, the project department has overcome the difficulties of small site, lack of labor force, external processing of steel bars and so on.
