Prospect analysis of the construction industry in 2015: unlimited business opportunities

With the continuous introduction of favorable national policies, the confidence of the construction real estate industry has increased. Since the second quarter, the real estate market in first-tier cities has ushered in a strong return, and the land fever has again reached a climax. The data showed that talent demand in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou increased by an average of 5.3% in the second quarter compared with the same period last year. Thus, under the favorable policy, the future is unlimited business opportunities.

According to media reports, Li Pumin, secretary general of the National Development and Reform Commission, by the end of May this year, 221 projects and 33 special projects of 7 types of major project packages had been started, with a total investment of 3.1 trillion yuan. Li Pu-ming revealed that on the basis of the original seven major project project package, the National Development and Reform Commission will plan to launch four new major project project packages of "urban rail transit", "modern logistics", "new industry" and "enhancing the core competitiveness of manufacturing industry".

With the increase of state investment projects, the construction industry has ushered in great opportunities. The construction of urban rail transit, the commencement of industrial parks, the construction of airports, roads and Bridges, and the construction of infrastructure in the economic circle will all provide opportunities for the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry. The opportunities are no longer concentrated in the first-tier cities, most of the second - and third-tier cities will benefit.

According to the construction industry market research and analysis report, in the second quarter of this year, the demand for talents in the main second-tier regions such as Zhejiang, Chongqing, Hubei, Hunan and Hainan all exceeded 5% year on year. Tianjin, Henan, Anhui and Sichuan were flat year on year. Jiangsu, Jiangxi, Fujian, Hebei, Shaanxi, Liaoning and other provinces have seen a drop in demand.

Industry insiders said that the construction industry in the second-tier region is now in transition, and it will take time to absorb the policy, and it will be a long process to implement the project. However, most of the second-tier regions are the main battlefields of urbanization construction and also the regions passed by One Belt And One Road. The state investment will be more inclined, and there will be unlimited business opportunities in the future. The demand for talents will also rise and gradually increase.
